The new board: Mocha Haze, Salted Maple and the Benny
The specialty latte board has been rewritten. Here is what is on it now, what is in each one, and what it costs.

The specialty board has been rewritten, and the names now tell you what is in the cup. Everything is built on Sozo espresso, and everything below comes in 12oz at $6.62 or 16oz at $7.20.
Sweet and warm
Mocha Haze — mocha, caramel, hazelnut. The one that outsells the rest.
Honeyed Rum — honey, vanilla, cinnamon, rum extract. The one we would put in front of somebody who has not been in before.
Banana Bread — caramel, vanilla, banana, cinnamon. Tastes like the end slice, the good one.
Salted Maple — maple and salt, and nothing else getting in the way.
Sharper
Sea Salt Caramel — caramel and salt. The shortest ingredient list on the board.
Honey Badger — honey, cinnamon, cayenne, salt. There is a genuine heat to it, arriving late.
Blackberry Patch — blackberry, white mocha, vanilla.
The Benny
Brown sugar, salt and heavy cream, shaken with espresso over ice until it goes cloudy. Iced only, and the one people come back for.
Everything else
Matcha now has its own board, including a Strawberries & Cream and a White Mocha & Lavender. Herbal tea is loose leaf from Full Leaf Tea Co. Oat, almond, coconut and soy are a dollar, syrups are seventy-five cents, and the house drip is $3.50 with free refills, which is the one to get if you are staying a while.
